I have been using this meter side by side with my AlphaTrak. My AlphaTrak is very close to accurate testing it against my Vets meter. The IPet consistantly runs 30 to 100 pts higher than my AlphaTrak. It is also takes more blood to give a reading than the AlphaTrak. If you do not use enough blood it will still beep and give you a crazy reading. I do not think this is a good meter.
